Project Workspace
A distraction-free workspace for projects, docs, and tasks
Xenith's Project Workspace combines project folders, pages with a rich text editor, and linked tasks in one clean interface. Designed for personal projects and side ventures — not team project management.
Key Benefits
Hierarchical folder structure
Organise projects into folders. Each folder contains named pages — useful for separating a project into phases, documents, or topic areas without mixing everything together.
Rich text pages with TipTap editor
Each page uses a full rich text editor: headings, bullets, numbered lists, bold/italic, and more. Write strategy docs, project notes, research, and plans without leaving Xenith.
Linked to your focus sessions
Tag focus sessions to a specific project so your logged focus time is tracked per project. See how many hours you've invested in each area of your work.
Command palette navigation
Press Ctrl+K anywhere in Xenith to search and jump to any project or page by name. No more clicking through folder hierarchies to find what you're looking for.
How to Use Project Workspace
- 1
Create a project folder
Go to /app/projects and click '+ New Project'. Give it a name and optionally a colour tag for visual organisation.
- 2
Add pages to your project
Inside the project, click '+ New Page'. Name each page based on what it contains — e.g., 'Strategy', 'Research', 'Week 1 Plan'.
- 3
Write using the rich text editor
The editor supports markdown-style shortcuts. Type '/' to see a block menu with headings, lists, and more.
- 4
Tag focus sessions to the project
When starting a focus session, optionally link it to a project. The project card then shows your total logged focus hours.
