Organise projects into folders. Each folder contains named pages, useful for separating a project into phases, documents, or topic areas without mixing everything together.
Rich text pages with TipTap editor
Each page uses a full rich text editor: headings, bullets, numbered lists, bold/italic, and more. Write strategy docs, project notes, research, and plans without leaving Xenith.
Databases with several views
Keep structured lists, such as reading lists or content plans, in a database and switch between table, board, gallery and list views, with filters and sorting.
Command palette navigation
Press Ctrl+K anywhere in Xenith to search and jump to your projects and pages by name, so you do not have to click through folders to find them.
How to Use Project Workspace

Create a project
Go to /app/projects and create a project. Give it a name; you can add folders inside it to separate phases or topics.

Add pages to your project
Inside the project, add a page. Name each page based on what it contains, e.g., 'Strategy', 'Research', 'Week 1 Plan'.

Write using the rich text editor
The editor supports markdown-style shortcuts. Type '/' to see a block menu with headings, lists, and more.

Add a database for structured lists
For things like a reading list or content plan, add a database to the project and choose a table, board, gallery or list view.

Xenith is designed for individual use. Project Workspace is built for personal projects, side ventures, and solo creators, not team collaboration. There are no sharing, commenting, or multi-user features.
Is there a limit on how many projects I can create?+
The free plan includes one project and Pro removes the project limit. Within a project you can add folders and pages to structure your work. See the pricing page for current plan details.
Can I link tasks or to-dos inside a project page?+
You can add checklists inside any rich text page, and databases let you track items with properties such as status and dates. Projects do not have a separate linked task system.
