Reflection Journal

End each day with a structured review that compounds over time

5 minAverage reflection time

Xenith's Reflection Journal gives you a private, structured space to close out each day. Answer consistent prompts, track mood, and build a searchable log of your thinking that improves self-awareness over weeks and months.

Key Benefits

Consistent structured prompts

Xenith's reflection prompts are fixed across all entries: wins, struggles, energy level, and tomorrow's focus. Consistency is what makes journaling scientifically valuable — variable prompts undermine pattern detection.

Mood and energy tracking

Log your end-of-day mood and energy on a 1–5 scale. These data points feed directly into Xenith's Insights section, showing you correlations between your habits and how you feel.

Rich text entry

Write long-form reflections using Xenith's rich text editor. Bold, bullet points, and headings let you structure entries clearly without switching to a separate writing app.

Private and searchable history

All entries are private to your account. You can scroll back through your history to see how you've grown, what challenges repeat, and which patterns need attention.
