Xenith tracks streaks for focus sessions, daily intentions, routine completions, and daily reflections — not just isolated habits. This gives you a system-wide view of your consistency, not just one habit in isolation.
Heat map calendars
Each tracked activity shows a GitHub-style calendar heat map of activity over the past 365 days. More activity on a day = darker colour. The heat map is one of the most powerful visual motivators in habit research.
No setup required
You don't need to 'create' habits in Xenith. Using the app's features automatically generates streak data. There's no separate habit configuration step — the tracking is built into the workflow.
Dimension-level habit tracking
Each life dimension tracks its own activity frequency. Log a workout in Health, read in Learning, log a transaction in Finances — each generates activity data that feeds the dimension's heat map and score.

Habit data in Xenith is generated automatically by using the app. Run focus sessions, set intentions, complete reflections — each builds streak data without manual habit logging.

Check your streaks in each section
Each section (Focus, Routines, Intentions, Reflection) shows your current streak and longest streak at the top of the page.

Review heat maps regularly
Open the heat map view in any section to see your trailing 365-day activity. Use this to spot gaps — a week of white squares is a clear signal to re-engage.

Review overall consistency in Insights
The Insights section shows a cross-app consistency overview. See which habits are stable and which are degrading before they fully break.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Xenith have a dedicated habit creation feature?+
Xenith takes a different approach to habits than standalone habit tracker apps. Instead of creating a list of abstract habits to check off, your habits emerge naturally from using the app's structured features — running focus sessions, completing routines, logging reflections. This reduces the overhead of maintaining a separate habit list.
What counts as a 'streak' in Xenith?+
Each feature has its own streak definition. For Focus Sessions, a streak is broken if you don't run at least one session in a day. For Daily Intentions, a streak is broken if you don't log intentions that day. For Routines, each routine tracks its own streak based on daily completion.
Can I import habits from another app like Habitica or Streaks?+
Import from other habit trackers is not currently supported during Xenith's beta. Your streak history starts from your first day of activity in Xenith.
