Life Dimensions
Track and balance all eight areas of a well-lived life
Xenith's Life Dimensions framework divides life into eight measurable areas: Health, Mind, Relationships, Work, Finances, Learning, Rest, and Purpose. Each dimension has its own tools, score, and trend data. See where you're thriving and where you're neglecting.
Key Benefits
Eight specific, non-overlapping dimensions
Health, Mind, Relationships, Work, Finances, Learning, Rest, and Purpose — each covers a distinct area of life. Unlike generic 'goal categories', Xenith's dimensions are designed to surface neglected areas before they become crises.
Dimension-specific tools
Each dimension has dedicated tracking tools inside Xenith: Health tracks workouts and calories; Finances tracks transactions; Learning logs books; Mind logs gratitude and thought audits; Relationships tracks connections; Rest logs sleep and recharge activities.
Dimension score and trend
Each dimension shows a score (0–10) based on your recent activity logged in that area. Scores trend upward as you consistently log data and downward if you neglect a dimension.
Balance radar chart in Insights
The Insights section shows a radar chart of all eight dimension scores simultaneously. A single glance reveals which areas are strong and which need attention — without reading a report.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Xenith calculate a dimension score?+
Dimension scores are calculated from the recency and frequency of logged data in that dimension over the trailing 30 days. A dimension you log into daily scores higher than one you haven't touched in weeks. Scores reset gradually if logging stops.
Can I customise the eight dimensions or add my own?+
The eight dimensions are fixed in the current version. Custom dimensions are a highly requested feature and are on the Xenith roadmap.
Is the Life Dimensions framework based on any research?+
Xenith's eight dimensions are informed by the Wheel of Life coaching framework, positive psychology research on wellbeing (PERMA model), and productivity research on energy management across life domains.
